The origin of this concept:

In March 2008 Peter Dielmann and Marian Crole started to look for holidays offering the properties of Départ Formes / Fitness Challenge. We search all over the Internet but without success.

They wanted to find trips that offered a multi-sports challenge with individualized coaching and healthy food. As far as they know, no such trips existed in Europe.

At that point they had the idea to create this kind of trip themselves.

They developed a program and researched and selected hotels able to offer a flexible environment necessary for the success of the project.

Now they are ready and prepared to share this concept with you. And they also want to empathise their conviction that without a personal effort and commitment on your part, no sustainable effect is possible.

The whole organisation is ready to give you support : a qualified team for an individual follow up, a hotel with a professional kitchen based on the indications of our dietician, and a wonderful environment offering the peace of mind and silence we need in order to become aware and develop the best in us …
